Follow up with all board members as each task is or needs to be executed and report each month to the President prior to the monthly board meetings.)

T.S. Create a team selection committee and oversee the selection process.

W.B. Create a team for the banquet and oversee the process if necessary.

Reminder:

We must all be at the set up and tear downs to help out with our departments. We must be Christians of our word. We took on these responsibilities and we must be true to God and perform our duties. If you are unable to attend for reasons beyound your control, please send someone in your place. We all have a lot of work to do. Let us not leave our duties for someone else to do.
